Quick answers
Simple answers to common questions during your application.
What is my AES Application ID?
It is the reference used to identify your AES application. Keep it and include it when contacting AES.
Which documents do I normally need?
The four main required documents tracked by AES are your passport copy, passport-size photograph, academic certificates, and academic transcripts / mark sheets. Depending on your university or programme, additional documents may be required.
Does an AES eligibility check guarantee admission?
No. AES can review your information before application, but the university makes the final admission decision.
How will I know if the university gives me an offer?
AES will update your application after receiving the relevant university response. Important offer conditions and deadlines should be reviewed before you accept.
How do I know what I need to pay?
Use the payment information recorded for your application and follow AES instructions. Do not send money using account details that have not been confirmed by AES.
I submitted payment proof. Is my payment confirmed?
Not automatically. Payment proof may need review. Only AES should mark the payment as confirmed after verification.
What does Visa / EMGS Processing mean?
It means your recorded visa/EMGS stage is in progress. Status can change if additional documents, payments or other requirements are requested. Follow AES-confirmed updates.
When should I book my flight?
Follow confirmed visa, university and AES travel instructions before finalizing travel. Do not rely only on an estimated or pending status.
What if my information changes?
Tell AES as soon as possible if important information changes, especially your passport, contact details, academic documents or intended intake.
What if I am confused about my next step?
Check your Student Dashboard first. If anything is unclear, contact AES and include your AES Application ID.
